Peaceful right?

Dear Future Taylor, This is Taylor from 10/6/25. I just found this website on a Morning Brew Link. I'm not quite sure what I want to tell you. I would love to be positive and uplifting but that rarely works for things like this. However, I (you) just got through the worst parts of a sinus infection and post nasal drip. While I'm no longer wishing for ***** I am still coughing up mucus and it's quite gross. I would say most things beat that. so as long as you're not experiencing the same thing, I'd say that's pretty uplifting. Otherwise I'm currently dealing with pretty low self esteem (what's new) and pondering whether I will ever have friends or a full social life as an adult. Maybe you've made some headway. I'm also pondering on how to increase my discretionary income (what's new x2). Maybe you've also made some headway there too. Hopefully you've gotten a promotion to Sr. Tech. If not I'd say it's time to address that very clearly. If you don't know where to start, maybe ask ChatGPT, then ask your wife, your dad (you should reach out to him more for career advice), your (wife's) friends. I think that would be a good way to practice vulnerability. You have this thought/belief that you're a bad person or you will inevitably always turn into a bad friend and take people for granted. It holds you back from even attempting to make small connections. I think we both know that while you have faults, people will still love you. It's just scary because you don't want to hurt anyone and you don't want to disappoint anyone. You don't want to be uncomfortable. We have to be uncomfortable sometimes if we're going to grow and get better. Maximum effort Bud. Hopefully we've gotten there if not we keep trying and that's ok. As long as there's no post nasal drip, we're probably fine. I don't say it enough and I certainly don't say it like I mean it, but I love you. We are a good person. I love you ❤️. See you later 👋🏽
