Dear FutureMe, Today is your first day of college! Although a while ago this isn't the place you'd expect to be, I'm so proud that you made it here. With everything going on in your life, you are so strong for showing up, making friends, and getting your work done. This is your fresh start. For your academic career and in your faith, I know this is exactly what you need. Although you were scared about the workload and making it to your classes, you are doing incredibly well so far. You'll make mistakes along the way, but I know you'll continue to grow from them. 2 goals I want to set for you are to not procrastinate on your work and ALWAYS, and I mean always, ask for help when you're confused. That's how humans grow and learn. As well as being more independent, while still being kind to others and showing them support when needed. You are here because you want to make something out of yourself. Not only to pursue a career in anything that finds you, whether that's a therapist or you starting your own business, you want to know how to do it, what it means to do it, and genuinely just collect knowledge for yourself, and to maybe even help others. You are GOD MADE, you matter, you're beautiful, smart, and you're gonna prove people wrong because I know you can do this. Love your past self <3
