Dear Future Deb, It's almost time to celebrate completing our 70th trip around the sun, and to start orbit number 71! It doesn't feel like that much time has elapsed, does it? Let's look back 6 months to Sept. 17, 2025. Today is cool and rainy, I just got my flu and Covid-19 boosters at CVS this morning. Now I am sitting here with coffee and Lemon Oreo Thins writing this letter after being introduced to this site. What a cool idea! How are things going with Substack? That is my current target - I have the webpage, now all I need is to write some content. Simple, right? Well, not so much. Do I want to feed into the current political insanity? Maybe some nature journaling? Memories about growing up? School? Regrets? So much to thing about. This letter is a reminder to keep going. Keep dreaming, keep writing. Let's celebrate in 6 months with a progress update. It will be exciting and fun. Trust me.
