Dear FutureMe,
I would like to do work experience in Transport for London. The skills I will be doing at TFL are customer service skills and announcement skills. For customer service, I basically ask a customer which train, platform and station the person wants to go. My qualities for TFL are time management, work as a team, have good conversation with employees and help a customer to open barriers.
