Dear FutureMe, Dear FutureMe, September 8th 2023 Husband Father, I pray that you are preparing my husband to handle a woman like me. I pray that he is protected from the evils of this world. I pray that he is becoming the leader you created him to be. Preparing him to lead our family. I pray he has a desire for kids as I do. I want to be loved by another human. I want someone to chose me. And to chose to attach the rest of their life with me. I want someone to fight my battles with. I want someone who points me to Jesus. And who always puts God first even before me. I want someone to raise kids with. Someone who will help me spread your flames with. I want someone who will fight for our marriage in through every situation. I want someone to love and devote myself. I want someone to cook for and someone to enjoy my baking. I want someone who will dance with me and who will worship with me. Someone who will serve you and your people without being asked to someone who will push me to serve and to love more. I want to be someones helper and to serve them as Christ serves the church. Children Father, I pray for my future children. Let my womb be a safe place from them to grow them and prepare them for the world. I pray I have the wisdom I need to raise them. I pray they become lights in this dark world. Spreading the sparks of your fire wherever they go. Whether boy or girl 1 or 10 let me love them as you love me. I feel you ave put the desire of adoption on my heart I pray my husband has that same desire and that we seek your wisdom when the time comes to take that step whenever it may be and whatever that may look like. Career Father, I seek your wisdom with my career. I don’t know what to do. I feel I am trying to seek approval, joy, happiness from my career instead of from you. Which has lead to this discontent I feel. I try and think of where I see my self in the future but all I imagine is children. And I get worried because if that is my future I want or supposed to have it seems impossible. Which is why I am seeking your input. Father I want to your will. Whether that is becoming a stay at home mom or staying at my current job, going back to school, or packing up and going into missions. I will go where you lead. I want to do what you want me to do. And Father if it is up to me. I would say my dream is to stay home with my kids. And I want to believe that can become a reality with your help. Just show me what you would have me to do. Book Father I believe you have put on my heart to write a book. If hat desire is not from you then take it away. But if it is from you then inspire me. I want to write you into my stories so that the people who read my stories can see how you work in the lives of everyday people. I want my stories to be infected with your love. Let the words flow from me. And give me wisdom in publishing the book. If that is even something you want me to do. Or if the book is only for my eyes then let me learn from it. Whatever I write I Want it to inspire love and not hate. Friends As iron sharpens iron, so does one man sharpen another. Father, I want to be sharpened by your followers. I want people who will enjoy my company. And will do life together with me. Someone who I can seek advice from and who will always point to Jesus. Someone who will pray for me and support me and my marriage and my children. I want someone I can be loyal to and to serve. I want a 12 a 3 and finally a 1. I don’t want to be lonely anymore Mom Father I will forever pray for my mothers health physically and emotionally. She has been through many desserts and yet you still sustain her. Thank you. I thank you that she is my mother. I could not have asked for a better mother. Even though we may not always get along. Thank you. I pray for her pain. You are able to take it away because you are God our healer Jehovah Rapha You are the great healer. I do not know why I have not asked you too heal her knees earlier but I am asking now. I know she is in so much pain. So please take that pain away. Dad Father, I pray for my dad’s health. Give his doctors wisdom and knowledge in taking care of him and let him listen. Me and my dad’s relationship has always been strained help to heal that relationship. Father I have been scared of my dad and mad and sad at the things he has said. I pray that you fix him? I don’t know how else to say it. But in asking that I also ask that you fix whatever is in me that is harming our relationship. Gabe Father, let me find the patience I need when dealing with my brother. We so easily get on each other nerves and it makes me so sad. So please fix whatever is broken. Though I know nothing will be fully put back together this side of heaven. But I believe you can still do amazing things in healing our relationship Father, I pray Gabe becomes a good husband and father one day. Show him what that means. I also pray for his relationship with you Jimmy Father, I pray for Jimmy’s relationship with you. I believe he has a strained relationship with the church. Let him find a church that does not hurt him. That heals him and points to you. Father, I pray over brooke, beau, and jack and their relationship with you. Father let them feel your love. I pray Beau and Jack grow to be lights for you in this dark world. I pray over their futures and whatever is to come for them keep them safe and healthy. IN YOUR NAME AMEN
