Dear FutureMe,
Wow, well done for completing your mindfulness for life course. You did it! It's been equal parts challenging and rewarding, but you are learning more about YOU.
You've come so far in terms of understanding yourself and knowing what does (and doesn't) make you tick.
I hope you can learn to welcome the good bits, the bad bits, the tough bits, the fun and joyous bits with open arms. Life is a wonderful journey - it ebbs and flows, and that is just fine. Feel it all.
With this knowledge and lived experience, I truly think you could help others and help impart some wisdom, teacher training perhaps?
You've noticed for a while now, you have created an unsustainable way of working, which is sucking some joy out of life and bringing you down, as well as creating some physical symptoms and sensations.
I feel like learning to say "no" sometimes, could be quite a liberating experience for you. I hope you start trying it. Life isn't always about pushing yourself and feeling like you always need to be doing things. It can also involve doing... Nothing. Sitting in silence.
You've learnt how stillness brings calm. Calm brings a sense of contentment and wellbeing.
Keep going, don't loose that spark. It's always there.
I love you, love me xXx
