Hi Mama, bathong wena o motswadi o aware? Anyway, I hope you're doing well. I don't know where to start but I recently went through the most hardest breakup and for the first time in 9½ years, I decided not to fight and let everything be. I'm currently at my lowest, I've been at my lowest for the past 6 months and I feel like I won't make it out of this hole, but I can't just let myself sink in, I'm responsible for someone's childhood and I vowed on the day that he came to this world gore I'll give him everything I never had.
I know Motherhood swallowed me up, but I'll bounce back, I know I'm capable. Letter e e kopakopane but bare with me sana my mind is everywhere.
It's currently 00:28, September 1st, and I just decided to hop into the Great Lock In 2025 (It's something I saw on tiktok a few days ago), and because I know we struggle with procrastination and we always make excuses, this letter will either show you how far you've come and improved or that you chose to stay stuck in your comfort zone with no room for growth.
Yes it took that breakup for me to finally stand up, I've been awake for quite some time but I was too lazy and comfortable. Now I'm going to work on myself, fix my crown and be the best version of Omolemo.
So here's what we're about to and are going to achieve: Mend our relationship with God, Get out of our comfort zone, Start a small business, Learn a new skill, Upgrade our matric results, Further our studies, Get that Job, Raise a happy child, Regain that confidence, Move out.
This is not a marathon, it's okay if you weren't able to achieve some of the goals. What matters is that you stood up and did what you had to do.
Love,
Omolemo Kegoikantse Mashilo.
