Dear FutureMe, Congratulations on your first week of work girl!!! I am so beyond proud of you. You should really be proud of yourself and celebrate this win :). Honestly you are so deserving of it, you worked so hard to get here, like the months of fixing up your resume and random networking FINALLY PAID OFF! And you did that. All on your own. For yourself. You are finally in a big girl, official, sky scraper downtown 9-5 typa job. An immigration legal assistant at a private firm...Like WOW! You are so impressive! I can't wait to see where you go from here and how you grow. You are already being so productive and proactive, asking all the good questions! Setting yourself up for SUCCESS and being friendly with everyone, meal prepping, having your cute NEW BAG and new shoes and outfits, buying your own cute little pink shelves for your desk!!! This is so awesome! I am so proud of you! How was it?! How do you feel?! How are you doing?! And on top of that, you get a three day weekend as your first one. I am so proud of you Sarah. And this is a BIG milestone, a BIG achievement, and something that SHOULD BE CELEBRATED!!! You are doing well, this is a good thing, this says growth and finally you got what you wanted, finally you're doing what you've been meaning to and wanting to do...And you got yourself through this ******* year, you got THROUGH the sadness and grief and loss and disappointment and rejection to get yourself HERE, in a professional career building position at an all-women firm. It's amazing. You are doing much better than you think. I am also proud of you for having your awesome goals, like trying to figure things out yourself first so you seem more proactive, having that faith inyourself, going the extra mile to show ginger you are really deserving of this position and you won't let her down and she can write you a great letter of rec... You are right where you are supposed to be, don't you feel it? I am so incredibly proud of you. Please celebrate your achievements and wins as they come. You deserve it.
