Happy birthday you! You are almost 60 years old! Can you bench 100 yet? I sure hope so. One more semester until you finish your degree -- I cant help but wonder how you are feeling about practicum and internship. Are you still excited and happy or has reality hit with a big student loan -- gosh I hope it is still happiness. I cant help but wonder what has changed in your life since 2025. I bet not a lot -- or maybe I hope not a lot. Hopefully the family is safe and happy. Kevin is still making you laugh. The animals are snuggly and happy. I hope boredom of the non dramatic life has really kicked in. Maybe a crocheted blanket has been done? What i hope most is you have found some peace between the past you that is anxious, uncertain, challenged by authenticity and connection, the residual body feeling of unworthy has lessoned its grasp on your mind. Too much to hope for a few chapters written or a regular meditation practice -- probably LOL. May you have love and light in your life. Love you Me
