Dear Future Me,
Things aren't always gonna be the same, life changes and so will the people around you, people move away people die, its life and you can do it, is it hard? yes it is hard. But, you can do this, you will fall and break but you will get up and try again, you'll find someone you love, and you'll have a great Job and earn money and get a car and a house, life will be great, we just have to get through the thorns and boulders. some days you'll feel like you're on top of the world and other days you'll feel like you're drowning in pain. All the pain ad worries will get better. It may feel as if it will never be better, but it will, trust me.
Its okay to feel down and sad and its okay to cry, some times we have to let it out and i know that dwelling on negative thoughts seem easier, but it hurts dwelling on negative thoughts, so try to dwell on positive thoughts it may not be easy but it better then hurting and crying on negative thoughts, sometimes we have to do hard things to be happy. Its worth every penny, and another thing is, take time for yourself, go out with friends and family and laugh, it'll feel so good, instead of isolating yourself.
Instead of sadness have happiness, that's why its so important to dwell on positive thoughts and not negative thoughts. Positivity is the key to happiness and Negativity is the key to sadness. Yes, Mental Health is a big struggle, its really big when you dwell on negative thoughts. And if you write about you're thoughts and feelings it will help or talking to someone you trust will help too. When you find you're people in life, you can talk to them as well. Taking time to yourself will help too, like just yourself, for example, going on a walk, or getting coffee. if you take time to better yourself you'll be okay, but if you don't it could be hurting, I want to be a Mental Health therapist, to help others that went though the same pain.
That's why we have to be better and help ourselves, we can't always make sure everyone is okay before we know we are, we need to make sure we are okay first before we make sure others are okay, because the that will just add more hurting and pain for us, yes, we can help others but we must help ourselves first. People may get mad or upset but they will understand because they should do the same. I hope this helps, remember, always be your best self, always try your best, and give it your all. you make it i know it.
