Dear FutureMe Dearest Gift. I'm in the library trying to study pestology and im so prest , I'm holding pee. My biggest fear right now is repeating pestology, so I'm trying to study it. What's your biggest fear ? I tried counseling earlier this year and it felt so good ! I wish I could have more conversations with Dr James K Banda . Do you have the courage to reach out to him ? I'm reading the Bible, im in 2nd Chronicles ! Some days are harder than most . I work out sometimes i do grow with Jo and pilates bar , I think I'll buy a stepper , its going to be over k1000 so please use it like crazy . I go to Tuesday market but I want to go more often , bi-weekly maybe . Get garlic ginger chia seeds and start eating more greens , colon cancer is scaring me !! I talk to Henry ( I know 🫠) he said he loves me ! I've wanted to hear that from him for the longest time , but it didn't give me butterflies like I hoped it would. Don't sleep with him ,you can't be a mom just yet and hello HIV ??? I get really down sometimes and start to think wth is wrong with me ? I'm so selfish sometimes. Please pray before you sleep and when you wake up . Love those around you life is so short ( I know it feels long and sometimes they can be annoying and you need space , its okay to get some space when you need it , go for a walk !! ) Are you still obsessed with whole nut chocolate, raisins and kombucha (for your gut microbiome )? Healthy snacks are cool.
