Dear FutureMe, You are so excited to make a difference. A real difference, where your students will advocate for themselves. Where not all but some are no longer what they have been labeled. Additionally, I hope you gave yourself grace with all those new roles you have taken on. All you can do is try. Also look at how much you have grown.
