Dear FutureMe, It's me again! I received one from NDP last year so I guess it's a tradition to write one now every year. Right now, you're on the literal cusp of finishing freaking DT haha. Like one checkride with Macro away. Praying it goes well on Wednesday! The plan was that you're supposed to finish D-C in 6 months but knowing the squadron... you're probably not done with that LOL. You're currently writing this with your wife sleeping beside you in IHG, JB after watching the stupid dumb show The Naked *** and eating that insanely spicy mala pork dish haha. Anyway, there's so much you're concerned about in the future - the big ol CAF trip that you're staffing, callsign naming(!), showing proof of that $8 ERP, and what it looks like to serve God while not thinking that you have to "do more for Him". That's definitely a complex one haha that you're still working out. I highly highly doubt you've figured that out in a year but I pray that we've continued to be faithful in leading JRC to grow more in Christ-likeness. And hey Lord - thank You for your provision over me over the last year. I, at this juncture, don't know how it'll go (oh also the house reno!! I hope we found a golf net that fit hahaha) - but You know all things Lord. And in that, I can find my comfort and peace. From life's first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny. Don't forget to write another one for next year!!
