Peaceful right?

August 8th, 2026 What a turnaround from 2025. I can’t even believe where we are, what we’ve overcome, and how life has done such a 360 in the last year. A year isn’t a long time, but my life has completely changed for the better. On August 8th, 2025, I had just moved into my house in Haxby. I only had a bed, a small fridge, and a sofa — nothing else, and no money to expand on the furniture. Today, I’m reading this from that same sofa, looking out into my fully furnished home. I did it myself — the DIY, the cleaning, the saving, the decorating — and it couldn’t be more beautiful. This entire house is head-to-toe dripping in my dream home. The living room is incredible, such a lovely place for me to sit and do my online work. Ted has his own little corner to settle, and guests are obsessed with the decor. The kitchen is amazing — I was able to replace the washing machine with a dishwasher (less work for me, hehe) and turned the small room next to the kitchen into a utility room, making the rest of the house feel so much tidier and calmer. I even blocked off the boiler, and now Ted happily settles there when I go out. I did the garden too! We sit out here in summer, have BBQs, spend time in the sun — and Ted no longer barks frantically at the bushes (thank goodness!). And don’t even get me started on the content room — it’s a good job I built it, because the brand deals are flocking in! I can’t keep up, but it’s amazing — the most incredible, prestige content room that’s elevated my content tenfold. And then there’s my bedroom. I couldn’t picture how it would come together last year — but it’s modern, luxurious, and looks like I spent a billion pounds on it. I am so grateful to have been able to start a new life here. All the hard work and the downfall of last year brought me to this moment. It’s the house of my dreams, and it’s everything I ever wanted. I feel safe here. I feel happy. Let’s talk about my incredible relationship — something I never thought could be this good, this happy, or this healthy. We put in the work. We truly listened to each other. We got the therapy. And we did it. I’m in a relationship where my needs are met, I feel seen, and he supports me like nobody else ever has. He moved in pretty quick but respects my space. He’s not afraid to post about me and my accomplishments. He LOVES and adores Ted — they get on like a house on fire — and I feel so safe with him. We create content together and he’s not afraid to film in public. He books spontaneous weekends away and never leaves out my little man. He’s my biggest cheerleader at every event, and being with him makes me feel the most confident I’ve ever felt in myself. He is my person — and being with him is easy. We go on lots of couples’ date nights, and I’ve never been so social in my life. It turned my routine upside down in the best way — exactly the shake-up my life needed. I am so thankful for not giving up on my business. I’m doing a steady 15 hours a week in the gym and earning £2,500 a month from the gym alone. Online is booming — not crazy, but just a nice, manageable amount. But the most surprising thing? My brand deals! My Instagram blew up, and with the 40k followers I have now, I’m being paid to work with the biggest and most loved brands I’ve ever dreamed of. That brings in over £2,000 every single month. I’m out of debt. I’ve almost paid my dad back in full. I’m finally living a life where I don’t worry about money every single day. I’m no longer in my overdraft at the start of each month because I grinded, I worked hard, and we got there. I’ve been invited to brand events, met like-minded people I’ve followed for years, and finally, after all the effort I’ve put into TikTok and Instagram — it’s paid off. I love what I do. I love the freedom it gives me. I love the balance I have between life and work. And I love that I get to help women all over the world. When life is going good, you feel good — and that’s come with improved fitness and performance. My Hyrox game has improved beyond my wildest dreams. I’m so close to that sub-60 Hyrox, and I’m becoming more and more recognised in the Hyrox space. It’s a sport I’ll never fall out of love with. And my running? Who knew I could run so fast?! My days haven’t changed much — but they provide so much more value now. I wake up early, enjoy a coffee from my machine, train with Egan, have a beautiful breakfast, take Ted for a walk, and then spend time in my dream home following my schedule. Some days it’s content planning with the app. Some days it’s filming. Some days it’s brand deals. Every day is different. It’s exciting, and it keeps me working hard while enjoying it. I’m talking to more people every day too — I no longer feel like I’m stuck at home working alone. I’ve become so much more social — putting myself out there, doing events, meeting new people. Growing on socials has supported that — and of course, my incredible boyfriend and his friends too. My weekends are filled with fun, love, activities, mini getaways, staycations — just the life I spent the last 3 years dreaming of. I am healthy, happy, thriving — and all of this has made me a better person. I knew I needed to hang in there, keep my head down, and grind — I just needed the push to do it.
