Dear FutureMe,
I know things feel heavy right now, but trust me — it is brighter on the other side.
Waking up in the morning hasn’t been the same lately. It’s not the monotonous routine this time; it’s the feeling of being tangled in my own emotions.
But putting that aside, I’m proud of myself for starting my Sanskrit preparation. Even if none of this feels like it makes sense right now, I picked up the pen and decided to work. Considering my love for literature and history, it’s a strange and a sad reality that we live in as we often have to keep proving everything to others, even when it’s deeply rooted in our own consciousness.
The supplementary paper? One day, you’ll laugh about it.
Lately, beyond academics, I’ve been asking myself bigger questions.
Who am I as a person?
What do I stand for?
What am I meant to do on this earth?
Along with understanding the concept of discipline in my daily life, I’m searching for these answers.
One thing I’ve realised is that silence doesn’t always mean “no” sometimes it represents power.
What separates an ordinary person from an accomplished one is the ability to say no, to listen to the conscience rather than the heart — because the heart always wants more.
And maybe that’s why a lover is often called a fool.
So, Muskan — best of luck.
A lot of travels and life is waiting for you out there!
It is your season to seize 💖
