Dear FutureMe/Jimmy, Just receive the letter earlier Jun, I did leave sensata just one year(Aug 1st,2024, last day in sensata). It's really one interesting and amazine year, get one package bonus 60, invest in stock, then get the assets boost suddently, almost 90; then another 20; wonderful; take my kids to Fujian,Xiamen->Quanzhou->Fuzhou; just 2 wks, no planning for future; no needs to worry; almost 20 years. It's really interesting, then I could review the last 20 years, what's I am looking for and heading for; then saddly found incorrect way. During the last year, I had the chance to re-take part in the role of design engineer, review the role again, visit the customers, and do the concepts with customer; shenzhen,weifang and shanghai, and so on. managing a small team, 10+. However, with new leader on board, seems the culture is not so nice; still needs to move ahead to look for the new chance, it's not attracting me any more. during my last days in sinotec, besides the daily work in MSG, needs to spend more time for EE SW(Jialichuang),Solidworks get familiar, LabVIEW/Python/Matlab get familiar with sensor data post-processing. it's the real target over the next 20 years. kids are small; you still need more time and money, not just the salary, but the easy month and more interesting task ahead. Expect more goods news during 2026 year!
