Dear FutureMe, my topic is advice for self care and mental health. Please for the love of god keep consistent with washing your face. Clean our your pores and apply that face mask that’s been sitting those cabinets for almost a year. This will greatly help with your mental health because you are taking the time out of you day when you’re coming home tired and beat and caring for yourself. Even when you are too tired and not feeling the best you have to stay consistent to washing your face. It only takes at most 5 minutes. Now let’s talk body. Clips your nails especially your toes. Wash ya *** every night and continue to keep those teeth white as the clouds. Now for your mental health continue to surround yourself with people that make you want to strive to be better. Continue to grow you relationship with Kaylee and better each other’s mental health to build a lasting love life. Understand that there are going to be bumps in the road sometimes there are days where you feel like you are ignored and that’s just how life is. The day is only 24 hours long. It’ll be overwhelming at first but through some effort and time it’ll subside. Make sure you take care of your family especially A***. Support him through everything. No matter what. Life is what you make it out to be.
