Dear FutureMe, I love this tradition you began. I look forward to your message every year because somehow it speaks to me in ways that move me, it always arrives when I need it most. I’m still proud of you just as I was last year and grateful as you always know me. You’re still shining and progressing amazingly in your career thanks to God and his continuous blessings in your life. What resonated with me the most is that 2 years ago I promised myself I’ll give love a chance in my life. Last year I failed. This year I fell in love, deeply. But in the process I caused hurt and I don’t know if we will ever be the same again. I don’t think it will be the same but I do hope we will have a healthy relationship this time because I really do love him and I hope you're reading this beside him, smiling at how far you've both come. You dedicated so much of your years towards your career and you have succeeded through prayer and gratitude. Maybe now, it’s time to pour that same love and energy into building a life that holds your heart as well. I love you. I believe in you. And no matter where next year takes you, know that you are exactly where you’re meant to be and I will be there to wish you a happy birthday!
