A letter from Jul 14, 2025

Time Travelled — about 1 year

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Today is 15th July 2025 and you're sitting in your room in fortitude valley and thinking what's your future going to be like. You don't have a job yet, even tho you apply everyday. You edited your cover letter, your resume, faked about experiences but still no response. You're worried everyday because you need everything planned and everything work according to "your" plan. But I don't think it works like that. You have always gotten what's right for you. What you deserve and what's best for you. It might not be what you wanted at the moment but it will certainly be what's good in the long run. I'm writing this to the me nearly one year from now and I'm hoping you got what you deserved and you're going good according to your life plan. You have a great job now that's well paying and working on next steps. Soon you'll have sivaa with you and you'll have nothing to worry about. There's no way this is the case, but by any chance you dint have a job yet, I suggest you just trust the process. It's good to try and optimise but don't loose hope. However, I'm sure you're doing great. You've gone through a lot in the past in many ways. You probably still have a lot to go through so you learn lessons. But in the end you sleep peacefully and help both your families sleep peacefully too. You've started to love yourself more. I can feel it. Slowly your insecurities are fading away. Keep at it. All of these progresses are important to be acknowledged! Give yourself credit! I'm proud of yourself and you should be too. Reminder of achievements: 1. Graduated 2. Made good ties with devi amma 3. Moved to a new house that you love 4. Slowly but surely getting rid of your insecurities. 5. Made mature and good friends in aus. It's been a good journey so far and I'm sure you're gonna nail every other stage of your life.
