Dear FutureMe,
lets talk about where I am right now and where I want to be when you read this in a year.
I am homeless, with my son staying in temporary accommodation. However, I have found a house and move in 2 weeks. A 2 bed so perfect for the little boy to grow in. I've been very excited to decorate this place and so I hope by the time you reading this it's decorated to a degree, at least get the walls painted.
Mental health time, I've been diagnosed with eupd and ptsd, I'm doing much better with it now. Although, a few months ago were rough and I was barely sleeping. All I'm hoping is that you continue to learn and find ways to cope, none of my medication for ptsd has worked so maybe hoping for some better meds if coping doesn't work. And I'm hoping you would've come top of the list for the therapy by then.
Relationships - I'm obviously single right now, too traumatised. Let's see if you're with anyone in a year?
Baby boy - he's gorgeous, he's 8 months old, he'll be 20 months by the time you're reading this. He's meeting his milestones early, pulling himself up, sitting on his own, feeding himself. Has he said his first word yet? What was it?
That's all that's really going on at the moment!
