Dear FutureMe, you’ve done it. You made it through your first year of college. A 3.838 GPA? That’s a good foundation. College taught you so much more than just education. You’ve learned to have empathy and compassion towards others through your best friends you’ve met. Wilder is one of the best people you could’ve met and I hope you never let anything happen to your friendship. Lord only knows what’s going to happen when you go back. Maybe you’ll finally talk to Ava the way you want to. Don’t give up on your dreams of band after sophomore year. New York is an amazing opportunity to grow your passion for music that slowly faded after high school. I’m writing this as I play Dying Light 2. Just as I did 3 years ago today. Good luck, you’ve got a tough road ahead of you with this whole college thing.
I love you and know you’re going to do great things,18 Year Old-KJC
