Dear FutureMe, Hassan Mohamed 31-80302 Taveta, Kenya. raimathassan@gmail.com 20th June 2025 To Whom It May Concern, Subject: My Future Plans After the Exchange Program I am writing to share a brief overview of my future plans following the completion of my exchange program with Melhus Municipality. This exchange experience has been a valuable opportunity for me to grow professionally and personally. I have gained practical knowledge, cultural understanding, and hands-on experience in supporting people and children with special needs. These skills have strengthened my passion for public health and social care. After the program, I plan to return home and apply the knowledge I have gained to improve care services within my community. I also aim to continue working in the health and share the new skills to my colleagues and also come up with community based organization of people living with a disability In the long term i hope to establish a well working centre for people living with a disability to create a platform for people living with disabilities such as emotional, compassion and economicaly.Last but not least my goal is to be the advocate of people living with a disability advocate recognized country wide and worldwide in term of health and education inclusive to the people living with a disability.
