A letter from Jun 20, 2025

Dear FutureMe, hey babe it's 6:48am right now and it's sooo hot, 29 degrees today and 31 tomorrow we've all been melting, poor ivy has to keep being given cold milk which i'm sure she's enjoying. you've already got a letter today but ofc silly me i sent it to 2025 so i've already read it but sent again anyway. just picked shane and charlie up from birmingham last night which was tiring but nice to go for a drive either way. i'm so nervous about court being less than a year away now but im glad it'll be over and done with relatively soonish. i'm hoping with everything in me it goes well for us and you see sharon after no matter the outcome. im going to book in with her soon as i've been struggling a bit lately but overall i think im doing better than i was, i hope it carries on that way. on a lighter note, been watching station 19 lately and my god what a good show, but so upsetting. pruitt just died a couple episodes ago so we're on s3ep15 now, and miller named his baby pru not long ago and realising that meant he dies and it's his baby that ben and bailey raise was awful, love that guy. i bet you finished it by now and i hope it was good. i bet there's new greys as well, so nervous to see who died in the explosion because i feel like someone definitely did, i hope it's not ben or bailey but i keep saying that would be better than them eventually going through the classic greys divorce. if they broke up i'd never believe in love again, best tv show couple. im probably going to get a snack now and try to get back to sleep before i drop shane to the bus for work. cuddling ivy even though it's hot, she really is the best girl in the world, i hope she's carried on growing and improving on her tablets and is still healthy and the happiest baby cat ever. i do hope she kept her little kitten face though, i can't imagine her looking like an adult cat, i can only see her with dwarfism, but she is 3kg now and getting a pouch so who knows! i think i might cook that creamy leek pasta for lunch today im really looking forward to it, maybe make that for dinner or something if you haven't had it in a while, yum. oh also i hope skincare is going well, i've just got properly back into a routine and im loving it so i hope it stayed somewhat consistent. hope you're being kind to yourself today and every day em xx
