A letter from June 16th, 2025

newly 10th grader, how was freshman year? was it horrible and scary just as i suspected? i'm so scared for high school. why can't i just say in middle school forever? with mrs thurmond. i love her. shes the reason i love music and french horn. i really hope you stayed in touch with her and anytime you see her you both get so so so happy and give each other a good hug. are you and lilly good friends still? did you guys cause all the mischief in homeroom? she said we would. how is homeroom? you like the teacher? he seems okay but idk about him. are you friends with evie? i reallyyyy reallyyyy want to be her friend. oh o guess she already graduated when you are reading this or is about to. was it hard watching dani graduate? i might ball my eyes out when she does. growing up is scary. why do we have to grow up? are you and ava still friends? is her new house cool? does she have a bunny? i'm gonna miss her is she actually moves away. did you get a hair it yet or are you actually still growing it out? it's wayyyy to long. do you have good style? i feel like i do t have very good style rn. i just throw on what ever is clean. i hope you have good style. i'm proud of you for surviving your first year of high school. you did good. you are unstoppable if you can survive freshman year. i'm so so so incredibly proud of you, jules. you are the bomb. the goat. my hero. i love you..
