Dear FutureMe,
Hi , it's 12:17 at night, just want to write a few things that I want to ask you, my future self
1) fitness journey -
where are you in fitness journey , you are 34 now, not getting any younger, having health issues due to postpartum. I hope you continued to exercise daily and I hope you are stronger now and have lost some weight.
it's very important please please work on yourself , time is flying , you are getting old, this is the time when you can exercise and get the strength back. please eat healthy and take care of youeself. enough of thinking about others. please give yourself first priority always and never compromise with your health . please don't eat anything that you know is harmful
again please please please exercise daily and stay fit, you are 34 , do not miss this time , it will shape the remaining life from here
2) second things I want to ask is about my little daughter. she would be 10 months old by now. did she talk, did she walk? I hope she is healthy and happy , did she say mamma? are you handling her and job well? I hope so. please take care of her . does she miss you when you are working? I hope she does , I hope she is not making so much fuss while working, we will see from next month anyways. I hope she is doing great and is healthy and happy.
3) how are the relationships with people around you? I hope they are better, just want to say one thing , don't think too much just ignore and let them be , don't be bad person, don't say anything to anyone for your own peace of mind. if you are happy then your daughter will be happy. she deserves a happy mother.
that's it I guess , I wrote another big letter but some glitch happened so this was the jist of it pretty much.
in conclusion exercise daily, take care of yourself, be strong physically and mentally, again I am reminding you , you are 34 now, not getting any younger, exercise now will help entire future . this is the last chance to achieve your fitness goals and that should be your priority now.
