Dear future me, remember to treat everyone how you want to be treated; with kindness, respect, and love. Make sure you love yourself before this because without treating yourself with kindness, respect, and love, it will be extremely difficult to treat others with you. Without loving yourself you would be unpeaceful and being unpeaceful means your bothered. You don't want to be bothered because it'll lead to your depression due to you questioning yourself and others judgement. Maybe your thinking "people still judge me and I do love myself.", you don't if you did you would be UNBOTHERED as I said before, you would love yourself enough to not care and know yourself as well as trust and care for yourself. If you trust yourself you trust that you know yourself and if you love yourself and fully know your true self, when something goes wrong or your faced with judgement you will be able to tell yourself "No body will know me as well as I know myself, so I know what they say is not true.". Don't be so scared of change, you won't grow without change and there will be no change if you don't push yourself out of your bubble. But by all means have self respect and remind yourself of what's wrong and right, don't push yourself to the point your in an uncomfortable situation. Stay away from drama, don't waste your energy. It's embarrassing and most definitely not cute at all. Clearly if your in drama, no matter if your starting or responding to it, it shows you don't love yourself. Moral of the story, love yourself no matter what, take accountability when you're wrong, and MIND YOUR BUISNESS!!!!!
