A letter from June 6th, 2025

Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Hi there, future me. đŸ‘‹đŸ» I wonder where you’re reading this—at home? At school? Somewhere quiet or in the middle of a busy day? Wherever you are, I hope you’re doing okay. I don't even have any idea if you're going to read this.. knowing how lazy you are 🙄. I’m writing this as your 7th grade self, hoping that life has been gentle with you.
How’s 8th grade been treating you? Have you grown into it a bit more, or is it still a rollercoaster? I hope you’ve found comfort in your routines, strength in your friendships, and joy in the little moments. You don’t have to have everything figured out—I just hope you’re still showing up for yourself, even on the hard days.
Do you still love the same things? I hope you still hold on to what makes you you—even if the world tells you to grow up fast. I hope we still love Bai Jingting—my bebe boy. đŸ€
Life may have changed in ways I can’t imagine yet. Maybe you’ve learned a few tough lessons. Maybe you’ve stumbled or had to start over. That’s okay. Whatever the past year has looked like, I hope you’re proud of yourself for making it through.
Please be kind to who you are now. Speak gently to your thoughts. Give yourself grace. You’re doing better than you think.
Keep going. One day, we’ll look back and see just how far we’ve come.
With love,Your 2025 self 🍃
