Dear FutureMe, You never cease to amaze me. You are strong! Your commitment to your craft and service is unwavering and nothing can truly compare. You are loyal and full of grit. Remember to channel your "inner Tom" in the hard times. Take a deep breath and enjoy the promotions to come. Yes some things will be hard, but you are equipped and ready. You said you wanted to be known for valuing people - so do just that. Keep growing, keep pushing and never ever quit. Quitting is not an option, EVER!
