dear 18 year old me, how’ve you been? have you been holding up? ever since your breakup with jay on may 28th, you haven’t been doing so well. even though there’s a weight lifted off your shoulders, you’re still extremely sad that he told you that he wasn’t planning on trying for you. it really, really sucks. it feels like all that love you gave to him was just for nothing. i hope you’re still going with your plan on going to college in the philippines, i know you want to be closer to family. is athena going? i hope so. i want the best for you and please, please choose wisely. make your decisions wisely. don’t do hardcore drugs or alcohol HAHA!! i hope you thrive. whatever you do, i hope you thrive in it. you are someone that another person would try for. you deserve so much better. i love you. stay safe. xoxo, kaye in 2025 <3
