Dear FutureMe,
If you haven't yet be yourselves best "dog". I know it sounds weird but right now you are yourselves most unfair judge and it's really not pushing you to improve. You don't have to be a cheerleader either, just don't be this hard on yourself and let go the baggage that's not worth carrying. haha pack light it's a lot easier to walk that way, even more if you don't have the best knees. Back to it, you have to be a dog because I do think they don't carry this baggage all the time, maybe occasionally when the dog that bit them before come walking past the back street, but that's it. And unlike dogs we humans can learn to deal with these situations with some effort. So, dogs will not be unfair judges on themselves yet they will take care of themselves and their loved ones and follow their instincts.
