Peaceful right?

Dear Future Me, I hope I achieved my goal of staying physically active everyday. I really hope I also achieved my Physical fitness merit badge in boy scouts this year! I want to remember the FITT principle, this principle will help me balance my exercising so I don't get to stressed out. Try to balance you eating and eat healthy foods, manage your exercises so you don't get burned out or damage a muscle, and reach your goal.
