Dear FutureMe,
I'm currently working on getting at least 2,500 steps per day, I'm doing good so far, trying to keep up, for a few days I've been kind of short on steps, but that's okay, because I know I will have definitely reached my goal by the time you are reading this. I am trying to make sure to remember to let the SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, and timely) concept encourage me to make realistic goals and be knowing that I'm able to achieve them. I'm going to also be keeping a healthy lifestyle, and turning down unnecessary sweets and high sodium + calorie diet, to keep myself healthier and I realize that's something that is really important, to better yourself and how you feel overall.
