A letter from May 19, 2025

Dear FutureMe, I hope that you're making $10K/month consistently by now. It'll have been 12 months since you started your off market wholesaling journey. Summer 2025 was probably the most stressful and burntout time of your entire life, worse than September to November 2024. That 1st wholesale deal should be $10K+ and have been closed by the end of August 2025. You should know that it's not a race, but that doesn't give you an excuse to slack off. At least 25 hours a week wholesaling, practice objection handling to the point that it's engrained into your brain. You should know your call framework/script like the back of your hand. You better still not be living in San Antonio, hopefully Dallas since you won't have enough money for Miami yet. You will want to give up a million times over, but always remember that if you do, you'll be stuck in that ****** 9-5 for the next 40 years of your life building someone else's dream when you could be building your own. I hope that it's not scary to make those offers still, should be like 2nd nature to you.
