Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Hey…
If you’re reading this, I hope it means the worst of it has passed. That you finally feel peace — not just for a moment, but in a real, grounded way. I hope you don’t feel like you’re holding your breath anymore, or waking up hoping today will hurt less.
I just want to say: I’m proud of you.
You made it through things you thought would break you. You stayed when it felt easier to run, and you let go when your whole heart wanted to hold on. You didn’t just sit in the pain — you felt it, faced it, and still chose to move. That’s strength. That’s growth.
And I know you remember what it felt like to give everything to someone who didn’t know how to hold it. The overthinking. The guilt. That heaviness in your chest when you realized you were the only one still fighting. You begged for clarity, for reassurance, for something to prove you weren’t just easy to leave. But now… you don’t need that anymore, do you?
Because you learned how to choose yourself. And I hope by now, that choice feels enough.
I hope you’re no longer asking, “Was I too much?” Because you were never too much — you were just not enough for someone who didn’t know what to do with something real. And that’s not your fault.
You loved with your whole chest. You stayed soft when you had every reason to harden. You kept showing up — even when your hands were shaking. I hope you never forget how brave that was.
Maybe love has found you again. Maybe you’re still waiting. But whatever it is — I hope you finally realize that you were always the one worth showing up for. That you were always enough.
You’re no longer chasing love to feel worthy. You are love. You are peace. And everything you thought you’d find in someone else — you built in yourself.
And ****, I’m so proud of that girl who never gave up, even when she thought she was unlovable.
You’re her. But stronger. And free.
Love always, Me
