Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, hey you. it’s the night before the last chance meet and you’re sitting in bed wishing you felt just a little more ready to book that ticket. you got a little snubbed for the outdoor heps team but i’m sure you’ve gotten over it by now. hopefully, you’re at nationals now. i think you can run 13:40 if not faster this year, and 7:50 something too. tomorrow, a 13:45 is scary. i’ve only run 14:01 i have know business running 13:45. and yet, i know i can too. and **** man, i want to prove everyone wrong. i’ve been counted out every single turn for every year of my running career. i hope you turned that into motivation. run those ******* 90 mile weeks. become a ******* animal. because you can be and you want to be. i hope you’re still with Aiden, she’s a really incredible girl. right now, i think the boat is rocking a bit. i’m scared honestly, for what the future holds. but you’ve got it figured out i’m sure. you always do. keep doing your thing. remember the days when breaking 9 was like setting the world on fire. remember the fire you can have under you when you care. keep hanging out with friends, you’re really going to miss these guys. in fact, you’re closing in on your final year. make the most of it. go bother Vig. buy that espresso. run the extra mile. who cares? you ARE the guy you want to be
