Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I am most proud of accomplishing academic achievements this year, if I hold my grades up to how they are right now, this could be a highschool-best report card. I am also proud of maintaining basketball with my school work. Challenges that I faced this year has been a lot of mental issues, and I’m glad to have matured a great deal to be able to deal with them more upfront. One memory from this year I don’t want to forget is a couple parties that I have been to, I hope to remember them for the rest of my life and the people associated with them. One thing I learnt from myself is to stay confident, these people are all gonna leave your life after high school, go do their own careers, it is better to just do what will benefit you long-term and have fun doing it. My goals for next year are to have a good basketball year, and also to get into my dream colleges. One year from now I see myself in a classroom, having a good time knowing its my last time in school. I plan to go to a university. A mindset I wanna work on is to keep going, see the growth in everything that I do and to keep going up. I hope that one year from now I am happy, and have less stress than I live with now. I want to grow emotionally by knowing what I want. I hope to surround myself with people where I feel I am in an environment to do what I can and have fun without being judged. I hope that I learn more how to network with people by next year, grow my social skills. Advice I wanna give my future self is don’t forget that you want to succeed. You are the one who starts now instead of waiting for their ready. You will never be ready, start now. Remember that we persevere to get what we want. Don’t wait for that feeling, create the momentum yourself. -Ryan
