Dear FutureMe,
7th grade, (13 yrs) Mrs. Toole is asking we write an essay to ourselves in 8th grade. I hope we're an independent woman, strong and takes no crap while also comfortable in our own femininity. Give yourself grace, it's our first time living. We're teenagers, life's going to go one way and then absolutely come back like a cannonball to the face. I don't talk much and struggle with sociability, I hope we change that. It's probably going to be weird as heck seeing this until you remember like; oh, wait I did do that--
Don't get peer pressured, don't suffer silently, and REMEMBER. People are different than you anticipate, it's ok to get irritated when people hug you, its ok to be mean. TO A DEGREE.
**** what people think, get out of your comfort zone and do something different each day or life gets boring. Get comfortable with yourself.
with sarcasm and passion, your 7th grade self.
