A letter from May 08, 2025

Dear Future Danica, This letter is a reflection of the Youth v. Gov video I watched in Sociology. I thought the video was extremely impactful because it served as a newsflash to me. I have always thought that climate change didn't matter because it wouldn't be too bad for me in my lifetime, but it's time to start worrying about the future generations of the world and the Earth itself. I realized just how much climate change is affecting current events like wildfires, ocean volume/rising, and natural disasters. I hope that more schools start teaching and inspiring children to make a real difference and I hope the government starts to recognize the dangers and create plan to save your planet. Stay mindful.
