Dear FutureMe,
I just bought a body (bathroom) scale to track my weight loss progress. 2 weeks ago, I started tracking my calories using a food scale and LoseIt app. I think I'm actually going to stick with it and lose weight for real this time! That's exciting but also nerve-wracking. I don't want to have disordered eating.
Future Liz, did you actually lose the weight? Are you feeling any better now? Was this a mistake or a blessing?
I love you. No matter what. Even if we are still fat lol. I hope we are kinder to ourself in a year.
