A letter from May 04, 2025

Dear FutureMe, Hey! I'm just thinking about how many things in life I genuinely enjoy and I wanted to share them. I'm so happy I discovered spinning, and I love exploring the different ways throughout cultures and history that people have made string/yarn and being able to actually experience that. I'm so glad I'm learning more with 3D printing. I love that I can casually decide to just make a beautiful loaf of bread and even decide to make it a sweet bread or fill it with savory garlic and herbs. I love baking in general. I love discovering more foods that I like- and how much I can do with chickpeas!! I love experimenting with simple syrups and that I can make all kinds of ice creams. I love getting sucked into a story, one I'm reading or my own, and I love that I can let my inspiration carry me through my imagination even when I don't have the time or the energy to actually write. Honestly, I love being able to make so many things with my hands- I've been genuinely shocked about how putting my mind (and hands) to different craft projects yields better results than other people, because I've really taken that for granted. Also, I love singing! I love being able to make music! I love wandering around a 20s sounding riff or turning something into a Broadway bound lament. And I love my dog 🥰
