Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Dear FutureMe, i hope ur not injured anymore or at least pain free. Pain is absolutely horrible. I hope we practiced balance ❤️‍🩹 and let go of that stupid emotional incapable physio. but i dont wanna say i hope i hope i hope like there’s a million things you shouldve done by now and make you feel bad. You’re only 22. You have accomplished more by the time you’re 22 than some people have by the time they’re 30. You can rest now. Do you love yourself a little more? Maybe we can love ourselves a little more each year. Sometimes I feel like - you know, me, your 21-year old self, basically still 20 - we have to have to all figured out by the time we’re 22 but that’s just not true at all. Healing takes time. If you feel like me a little bit and feel sad because you feel like you’ve „wasted“ a year of crisis pls remember: those years are the most important ones of our life. Of my life. Your life. Because they make us grow into a person that cultivated happiness, practices balance, loves and is loved, is soft, more empathetic and kind than anyone else yet sarcastic and smart and funny and pretty and all these things. well anyway. One thing. If we’re pain-free and potentially even able to exercise again: learn to love your body for that. I know you. I know you’re still struggling with loving your body or accepting it. But remember what Taylor Swift said. I promise not to fight anymore if we survived the great war. Anyway i love you girl. I really do. You are so incredibly brave and kind-hearted and have made it so much. Remember when your therapist told you he wants you, me to have everything I want in life? „Because you deserve it.“ We do deserve it. He‘s rooting for us and so do so many others. Herr Sommer. Alex. Andy. Frau Kitzinger. Frau Hamzé. Herr Schüssler. Unsere Mom. Anja Tekampe. Claudia. Gero. Anja. Nathalie. Philipp. Keep going girl. Xoxo your biggest supporter and fan. ❤️‍🩹❤️❤️❤️ just-turned-21-Mia 🫶🏻
