Dear FutureMe, Today is Easter. Jorge has been sober for 39 days. He went in to an outpatient 30 day treatment for alcohol and addiction. He is centered. He is fully present with the boys. For you is hard to trust it- I hope and pray it does. You are super tired not funny tired. You went to the doctor and are getting a bunch of test done and are thinking of medicine for weight loss. Your gut is getting in the way. Your body feels heavy and tired. I hope you find out what is wrong and that you lost some weight and are no longer feeling this tired. Roberto is finishing freshman year. The PE coach asked him to join football… Carlos received student of the month. He is in 7th grade. Things that are coming up this year Jorge goes to Whittier college I am on the ballot for director for the union I am going to teach summer school Mayra is having a baby boy Nancy is dating David What I’m learning from these letters is that faith must be stronger than fear. Trust in God. Choose to be happy. Be happy Aracely. You deserve it. 💕
