Dear FutureMe, Today is April 16, 2025, and I — Kleber — am writing this letter with ambition, courage, and a clear vision for who I want to become. One year from now, I want to be a recognized authority within the company that gives me the structure, support, and opportunity to grow. I want people to look at me and see someone who leads with confidence, drives impactful results, and uplifts those around him. I aim to be in a role where my skills are fully leveraged — not just technically, but strategically and as a leader. I want to be known as someone who makes things happen, who builds trust, and who continuously delivers value to the business. I hope I’ve stayed aligned with my values, learned from challenges, and continued to evolve — personally and professionally. I want to look back and say: “Yes, I kept going.
