Peaceful right?

hi cutie, i understand that you have never truly felt happy in the past. ofc, your family isn’t poor, you got into a good university and have a few close friends, you even found a field you are passionate abt at a young age. but it seems like you have never truly felt like you fit into this world, you’re at home, but felt homesick. time is your friend, not enemy. it’s okay, maybe because of many past experiences, you find it hard to accept this. you always feel like there’s never enough time, like you can’t keep up w your peers who are more talented than you, even the younger ones. you always live in fear of disappointing others till both your body and mind completely collapse. but you have always been an ambitious person :> you are willing to try things that others don’t dare to, you are lucky, in most of your big decisions, you’ve always had a way out so don’t need to fear failure. in this year in the states, you have gained more than you ever expected, for real! pls don’t forget the waves sparkling under the sunlight, the city skyline at night, the rooftop conversations under the stars, and kisses by the desert campfire. american dream is not just an illusion. you were once caught between two different cultures and value systems, maybe you still are, idk. but you will come back again. no rush at all. no matter where you are now or what different choices you have made, you are always the best version of yourself. don’t need to worry abt forgetting the happiness and memories you have experienced, they have not disappeared :3 also you don’t have to worry abt never meeting great people again. if you want it, you will find a way, and you get what you want as you always will. be icarus, just like before. anyway, how are you now? where are you standing? when you think back on the people you met on the other side of the world, do you feel sad? are you satisfied w your life now? how’s your family and friends? i am happy :> have everything i love, knowing this is the version of myself that I like, confident, open, humorous, unafraid of challenges, enjoying interactions w others, enjoying the world. and i know very clearly, i will come back to this land no matter how hard it is, because i want an extraordinary life, and i know i can achieve it. you can do it, so go for it! if you’re doing it rn, keep going ^-^ i love you girl, thanks for everything you do for yourself, now go get some korean food, im gonna text quinn see if he wanna go climbing this weekend, yipeee best wishes, olivia 4/11/25 san diego, california
