Hi, self.
By the time you're reading this, it's already been a year. I sent this email to the future; just for you. ᥫ᭡.
I hope you're doing better now. I hope you've finally stopped blaming yourself for things that were never in your control. I hope you've let go of the baggage you've carried for way too long, all because of that so-called love from the wrong people lol. You deserve better, and I hope you're in the right hands now.
I hope the person who loved you a year ago still loves you now; maybe even more. And I hope that person is still Reynald Bon. I hope you both support each other, push each other to be better, and grow together.
By now, I hope you're still preparing for the Civil Engineering Licensure Exam. And if you're feeling tired, just remember I've always known you to be a fighter. You're independent, brave, and strong enough to take on any challenge. But also, don’t forget that you’re never alone in this. God has always been by your side; your Day 1, your constant.
Anyway, I’m talking too much. This is just a little reminder: whatever you're doing, whatever you're fighting for, it's all going to be worth it. Take a deep breath, let go of the stress, and trust that you’re getting to where you’re meant to be. I really, really hope you're becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be.
With love,
Your past self.
