Dear FutureMe,
I hope life is treating you amazingly well, I'm writing this letter to remind you to encourage yourself to stay focused on your life goals and dreams; it’s important to remember to stay strong and keep believing in yourself. I know life can be tough and challenging, but I hope you continue to push forward in life even if things get hard for you and never lose sight of your dreams and keep striving for what you truly want to achieve. Although you have already achieved so much by the age of 32 in your education, career and lifestyle, know that you can accomplish even more in life.
When you were younger you always dreamed of going to college, getting your degree in criminology and becoming a forensic scientist. But you accomplish so much that I want you to know that I am proud of the person you are becoming to be. This journey has been challenging for you and rewarding because it pushed you to grow and learn ways you didn’t expect. You’ve proved that success is all about sticking to one plan but also learning to embrace new opportunities that come your way. After graduating from high school, you decided to attend 2-year college to get your associate degree in criminology to become a crime scene investigator. Once you graduated from the 2-year college, then you did the next 2 years at university to get your bachelor's degree to continue to focus on becoming a forensic scientist. You made such a big accomplishment by going to college to earn your degrees, and I know it was hard for you because you put in a lot of effort and resilience.
I'm glad that you started your career in criminology. It was awesome to see you doing internship work to gain practical experience to prepare you for employment as a forensic scientist. This was a big opportunity for you because you are learned about the legal and correctional systems in the county. I was proud when you got a chance to explore other careers opportunities, and I just knew you were going to do incredible things. By 2040 I hope you were able to earn 64,940, reflecting all the hard work and dedication you put into your career. I was amazed that you accomplished everything and remember to celebrate your success, no matter small, and keep pushing towards your dreams.
Did you ever get the future home you wanted? I know you always dreamed of having your own apartment in Buckhead, Atlanta with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a beautiful pool, a movie and a grill. I hope you’re living that lifestyle you always wanted, and it’s everything you envisioned with the perfect blue pool that has you can relax and a movie theater where you can watch shows or movies, and the smell of a grill. I also hope you’ve traveled some of the places that you always wanted to visit like Jamaican, Mexico, Dominican Republic and met some awesome people along way. Remember to take time for yourself, chase your passion and keep pushing to reach those goals. I hope you embrace every moment on that trip.
As you continue to move forward in life, I hope this letter finds you well and thriving because you have pushed yourself to grow and learn from setbacks that was hard for you. You embraced new challenges, explored different perspectives and knew you had the right mindset and tools to make your dreams come true. I am so happy that you keep focused on finding your inspiration to show that you can accomplish everything in your life. You absolutely did it!!!!
Sincerely,
Amelia Miller
