Dear FutureMe,
Throughout my high school years, I wanted to see if one thing was consistent: my individuality. I would rather be myself, the way I like it, than be someone with a script, a role to play, a mockery. I would like to create a goal, a task even, to be my own true self, no matter how others see me, no matter what they think, those who matter don't mind, and those who mind don't matter, be true to yourself even if its all you have to be true to. Let it be known that without knowing who you are, there will always be you on your side, no matter your thoughts or the way you see. Don't let anyone who hasn't been in your shoes tell you how to tie your laces; be yourself even when it's all there is left to be.
