Dear FutureMe, Life has been tough from the beginning, but I don't need to tell you that. I truly want to tell you that I am so proud of you because I've seen what you've walked through and how hard you have fought to be here. There is something unexplainable about fighting to be alive when you truly don't want to be. Your fighting spirit has always been the stepping stones to our strength in different situations and circumstances. The word proud doesn't do justice because sometimes this feeling is the only thing that keeps my head up and my feet moving. Even through the pain, the frustration, the anger, and the tears, our feet have never stopped for one second. That resilience is a fire ever burning in our eyes, and I hope you never forget the power that holds. Our gaze can show everyone what we are made of and despite being stomped on so many times... we've never lowered our gaze. I hope your gaze continues to stay steady on our goals and your future.
