Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

It’s 8 PM, and here I sit, pen in hand, writing for you. In the quiet hum of evening, it hits me— Life’s too short to hold back the words that rise in the heart. We’ve got history, something that won’t fade, Even when the last breath slips away. What we share—forever etched, A bond that time can’t erase. You, my love, you’ve given your best, Loving me with a fullness I can only hope to return. In all the ways you care, You’ve shown me what it means to truly love, And I’ll always wish I could give back the same. That, my love, sums up who you are. I’ll tell anyone I meet of your kindness, Of the purity you carry, The way you love, unconditionally, With an open heart, with hands always giving. I’ll wear your victories with pride, As if they were my own. I hope, no—I know, Wherever life takes you, You will be happy, surrounded by love, For you deserve nothing less. More than anyone, you deserve it all.
