Dearly Beloved,
Life gets way more complicated the more you learn and understand the world. It's pretty frustrating if I'm honest, but also rewarding. I feel that I am changing into a better person and that I am earning things when I work hard for them.
I hope that you're doing financially better than I am. I'll hide $100 somewhere in my room one day for you to find. Or I'll put it in the safe. I hope you're happier and experienced in more things. I think you'll be capable of happiness even on days you doubt yourself.
You're not a bad person. I wanted to remind you that. You are loved, kind, friendly, and have your mother's smile. Be patient with her for me. We've both come a long way.
I thought it'd be good to also write down important information Chisom has given me in case it hasn't been applied to my life this year. Food Stamps: You can apply independently. Credit Cards: Capital One or Chase give cashback. Retirement/Money: Make a roth ira account so your money grows.
I hope you're in therapy like you promised to be. I hope you understand your worth more now. Worth is not tied to your weight or others opinions of you. You're golden. In your quirky laughter and wheezy sneezes, in your funny faces that you make when you think or process things, in your silly little vocal stims, in your creative and calculating eyes. I see you and I love you.
I know you like receiving letters, so I hope you find this one endearing. It's not always about figuring life out, sometimes it's just enjoying the things you like simply because you can.
